Prune 30 days into flower

Is it ok to lightly prune my plants that are 30 days into flower? They are extremely bushy towards the center and some leaves are touching.

Yes mate you can take some leaves off if you wish to, you wont hurt the flowering process

I prune mine all the way to chop.. anything below the top colas goes
