Proper Lighting?

Hello, I'm extremely new to growing. Just got my hands on 60 seeds. 12 of which are good. Unsure about the others. But I need to know if 'n:vision 14 Watt Spiral Daylight' bulbs are suitable for growing 1-2 plants indoors if i were to get 6 bulbs. This is my first attempt. I've read the Grow guides and such. I just need lighting. Any cheap ideas that I could use to get buddin?

lol..you have been bongsmilie so i have.hehe...
look bro the simplest thing i can tell you since your goin cheap... just make sure your cfl`s ( what you are callin twist ) are both 6500k spectrum for veg. and 2700k for flower..you can get them at lowes if you have one..they sell them them both like a 6-8 pk of the 100 watt 6500k for about $10 and also the 2700k...and you can put both inside your grow room.....:peace:
