propagation help

im about to get some cuttings from a friend and need some help on best way to propagate these, some people say use light on them straight away once in medium, some say just modest light at 1st, others say no light at all... i have a 4ft 4 tube t5 which i will be using to veg these from cuttings, a small heated propagator and rockwool cubes.

any advice on how you guys do this would be fantastic!

Yes. Go to McDonalds and buy their largest drink. Throw out the drink and keep the cup. Wrap in Gorilla Tape (or duct tape), poke holes in the top big enough for the stem. Cover the rest of the top with Gorilla Tape. Fill with plain old tap water. Insert stems. Change water frequently - every 2 days or so, and shake it up to oxygenate before adding. Then wait. Put it where it catches some light. That's it. When it roots place in a neoprene collar for hydro or plant directly in soil.

Someone else will come along soon with a more complicated but no more successful method.
