Promix HP

How often should I be watering in promix hp ? Is it considered a hydroponic medium like coco ? Also anything you think I would need to know for this grow would help , got 2 plants in promix and 2 in ocean forest . Might only keep 2/3 of them but I’m definitely keeping this one as it is already at 2 weeks and it’s in promix which is all I had at the time .

So how did they do?

I use promix BX at first I wasn't to happy, I gotten an algae bloom on top..it said because of the brightness of the light + nutrients can cause it...little research..a sprinkle of cinnamon around the top took care of that in like 24hrs, as for watering..I use the old lift the pot if it weighs nothing I water it im 55 days in with autos in 3 gallon air pots and ingive them about 3/4 gallon of water every 48 hrs or so..its just enough to get minimum run off, im actually am happy with how they're turning out
