Definitely some sort of "white" mold and also if you look at the first pic there's even some orange slime type thing happening. This tent has been idle after being cleaned for about 3 months. I'm wondering if something was festering inside the (wet) pump all this time. I've had some mold problems before but never so soon (maybe 4 weeks in with this run.).

Uc roots, cleanse (athena), or diy (sodium or calcium hypochlorite) should kill off any nasties. I just mix mine into my nutes

The orange fungus stuff probably isn't all that harmful to you or the plant. Just leaching off the salt buildup. It can leave white stuff behind too, but yeah I would probably unwrap it and cut it away. Slice it right off thin like bread. Then get more light and air movement down there. Maybe put the wrap back on after a few days. Light is the orange slime mold/fungi's enemy!

I'm also thinking about a light HP solution. It doesnt seem to have gotten any worse at this point so I'm just kind of letting them be and watching closely.
