Procyon 100

hey new to the site but not to growing. I am recently moved from northern california where if you are not out door or using 1000hps and or metal halide you are crazy. How ever my friend here in oregon is all about leds. I am just curious if anybody had had a full run trhough with the procyon 100 do they even compare to a thousand watt or even 600? If i were trying to have 50 babies under these how many would i need? how long(my friend says led is a little slower)? And any idea on yield can i still shoot for a lb to a lb and a half a light? Awesome anything else. Oh just got the babies today, 10 lavender(?), 10 mean green(?), 10 bubba kush, 10 og kush, and 10 durban poison. The last 3 are for sure however the lav looks like the purps to me and well i dont know what mean green but i was told it is like pineapple??

I have never used a Procyon. Have seen some of them in some grow journals/threads, but I don't think they really do compare to a HID. I have done some testing with dual 50 watt LED panels and the growth was not outstanding. My experience was they are comparable to T8 Fluorescent Lights. I only did testing for a week or so. Things did grow, but the growth was minimal. Other have had some success with more expensive lights, but don't expect a bumper crop.

Everwhere ive heard about these is they dont compare to an hid light at all but people seem to use em for additional light and color spectrum to an hid.....i may do that one day or i may experiment with em in the future with a whole grow.
