Afternoon folks.
My first grow didn't pan out well, but I'm working on a second.
Anyway I would like to share my experience with Ministry of Cannabis. From what I heard they were a good reliable site with good prices.
I purchased 5 kandahar and 2 big bud seeds hoping to get some plants out of it.
After about 5 weeks, nothing had arrived. I emailed MoC and they informed me it would be resent. I made an appeal to disguise the shipping a little better.
You see, I live in Peru. They are very careful about their ecosystems here what with the number of plants in the Amazon and mountains. They don't allow seeds in unless on an approved list from what I understand. While Cannabis seeds aren't illegal, the importation of seeds technically is.
After they told me they reshipped, I placed an order with Sannies seeds as I heard their shipping was excellent.
2 weeks later, the Sannies seeds showed up, the seeds were cleverly disguised (I don't want to give it away, suffice it to say it arrived quickly).
After another 3 weeks, I sent MoC a message. I asked for a refund since I never received a product, and they curtly told me they would not give me one and told me that they are not responsible for seizures of seeds (if that in fact was the problem).
However, a good company willing to spend some time on discreet shipping can clearly get your seeds to you.
I give a recommendation to Sannies. I have germinated 3 of 3 chocolate rain seeds, although they seem a little picky to my soil and only one has sprouted. The other two seemed to not dig my slightly sandy soil.
But MoC for me was not a great experience. Keep this in mind if you are in a strict mail checking country like Peru.
