So I picked up a 5lb bag of ice-cube sized dry ice. I used about 3-4 ounces of dried trim, over several extract attempts. Put them in a small paint bucket. I have 1 gallon Vivosun bags, small set. I tried 160, then worked my way down to 75(?)
I'm only getting greenish colored dust, smells like plant matter. I thought going lower would surely thin out the plant matter and separate the trichome heads.
I ended up with several green pucks that were formed from my small hand-hash press.
The idea was to make a temple balls, to heat the hash and press it between plastic and roll it into a ball. The videos I saw people doing it in were using a more yellow/brown colored dust. They first used dry ice hash also.
Any ideas on where I might have gone wrong?
