Problems soon after planting

Hello!
First of all, I'd like to say I'm a complete newbie. Me and my friend had a growing deal - he knew all the stuff, but I had the place, in the end we would split. Problem is, my friend isn't helpful at all so I need some advice and assistance.
I planted germinated seeds about 6-7 days ago. What has happened since is that plants have grown about 10-15cm tall but haven't got the leaves yet. I assume they have stretched. One plant looks kind of bad, it falls and the stem isn't linear and kind of yellowish, the other one is straight and green. I'm growing them in a box a bit smaller than 2x2 feet. Box is separated, one half for the main plants and the other for clones, that's what my friend asked me to do. I have 2 120w economic bulbs but I turn on only one. I kept them in distance about 60cm but after reading about the stretching, I lowered to about 20cm from the plant. Light cycles...I usually turn them off when I go to sleep and on when wake up. Is the 18/6 pattern very important?

I think I've messed up real bad, please help me get back on track. :D

Yeah you need to start it in a way smaller pot..like a red solo cup or a one gallon pot at the most..
no noots except liquid karma.. Or any sea kelp product.. Using a fluorescent right ?

It looks really stretched from poor lighting you know wrong bulb or to far from plant. You could watch some YouTube videos or do some reading if y'all don't know how to grow :) It may help but you'll still have issues get used to it:)

economic bulb? is that like a household bulb? you need real grow lighting. from your setup i would suggest looking into CFL's, many people use them well. the reason your plants are stretching is because those bulbs don't produce the right spectrum of light for plant growth so the seedling stretches to find better light (which it never will).
