Problems--Help

I need some opinions. My outdoor sativa (Lao Highland) has come down with spots on the leaves. When I look online at the symptom pictures the only thing that is close is Septoria but not quite. These spots are all brown. No yellow as described with septoria. The affected leaves are really easy to pull off the plant. Almost like they are ready to fall off.
I don't see any bugs at all and I've been using Regalia and Trifecta in my ipm.
Help me out with some ideas so hopefully I can save this plant. It's gonna be close getting it to harvest without the cold weather putting a stop to this grow. I'd like to help it out if possible.
Thanks

Looks like a fungal disease.
Some leaves in this link look like yours.
