Problem with plant? W/ tons of Pictures!!!

About a week ago I noticed a few eggs of some sort underneath a few fan leaves. I didnt see any webs or anything. I sprayed every single leaf top and bottom with Mighty Wash. Since they are in Veg. I raised the lights and lowered the wattaged to 300W so they wouldnt burn. A week later I cant find any more eggs but about 1/4 of all my leaves are starting to brown and get crispy. It seems like its getting worse by the day.

The plants are NL about a month old in Ocean forest 1 gallon pots. I havent fed them anything yet just watering about every 2 days with 6.5 PH. Please anybody help my identify whats going on with my leaves. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how much nutes if any your soil has in it. They look like they are starving to me though.

Is that what it looks like if they have no nutes? I thought they just yellowed really bad? the leaves would turn that brownish color if theres no nutes? The plants have been in the same container for a while now that I think about it.

Anybody else have any input?

have you got to strong of a fan going on it? i was having the same problem with leaves actualy drying to a crisp and falling off the plant, i turned my fan around and set it on a higher setting so i gets the same affect while not drying my leaves out on me. so far it looks like its working for me so if it all clears up ill let you know.
