Problem with my ladies pls help!!

guys i found this on my leafs and don`t know what is it or what to do with it pls can you help me tnx.

is it growing outside and do you mist it

yea it could be a pest problem mane..

check the under side of the leaves for bugs

mist her with dish soap and water, spray bottle 10 percent standard dish soap the rest water. under the leaves is the place you want to be and spray in the soil as well. get a scope and look at the bottom of the leaves.
