problem with first grow

this is my first grow everything has been going great up untill a few days ago. she poped out of the soil christmas day so shes about a month old. about 5.5 inches tall. it seems like its too short maybe. and i dont think there is enough lights getting to the lower leaves. how can i fix that?
also the leaves are curling under length wise and seems over all a little droopy. im thinking the reason for the droopyness is not enough light but let me know if i am wrong. and i will get pictures on here shortly. so if anyone has any pointers let me know.

lights are on 24/24 and heat is around 75 degrees all the time. there are about 1000 lumens for one plant
water is purified and the soil is regular merical grow potting soil. i have not been using any nutes. she seems to be progressing just not as fast as i think it should be.

droopy plants usually means your overwatering just cut it back for a few days and it should perk up. What kind of light are you using?

1000 lumens is not enough if you are using cfls you will need at least 3 42watters for decent results your plant should be bigger than that

ok well i will be getting new lights as soon as i get paid. will this effect my grow at all. can i just keep in veg for a little longer so shes got time to grow. when using CFLs how many lumens should i keep in mind. if i use 3 42 watt bulbs can i put one over head and two at the sides to get light penetration everywhere? or should i have the three across the top? also for the lights could i mix and match or should i stick with 2700k for flowering and 5000k for veg or can i put two 2700k and one 5000k for the whole grow
