Had three seeds germing and only one of them showed good tap root in a day or so but the other two haven't even cracked. Just wondering why the other two would be taking so long and want to know how long I should expect them to take. Any info and advice for first grow would be greatly appreciated.

i've got two seeds in between moist paper towels inside of a sealed tupperware sitting on the back of my computer monitor where it stays warm.(i just leave the monitor on) hopefully they'll crack in the next few days.

id wait 3-4 days nd make sure the paper towel is wet at all times....when they do i crack i leave them in the paper towel until the tap rout is 1-2 inches long then i plant...this in my mind..helps it too root faster nd grow quciker since ur so impatient:P

well just checked the two germinating seeds and one of them already cracked and has a tap root coming out already. freaking amazing. the other one hasn't cracked yet but i could wake up tomorrow and it could have a tap root showing too. awesome...i'll let the tap root grow out a little more n then plant.

quick update. woke up early this morning n checked my two germinating seeds. the tap root on the one was about half an inch to 3/4 of an inch long so i went ahead and planted it and put it under the daylight cfls. the other and final seed didn't look like it had cracked yet but checked a few hours later and it just started to crack. very exciting to know that all of them are on their way. haven't really researched this yet but is there a way to 100% force females?

Unless you have "Feminized" seeds, you have around a 50-50 chance that a seed is female. That's why the general consensis is to plant 3 or 4 seeds. That way you're almost guarenteed to get 1 or 2 females. But that's not set in stone either. Just make sure you keep your seedlings "Stress-free" and you have a good chance of raising a beautiful baby girl. Best of luck!
