Pro Mix HP Types Question - Biofungicide and/or Mycorrhizae?

I've decided to use Pro Mix HP for my first soilless grow.

They offer 4 different mixes of Pro Mix HP:

1. Plain.
2. With biofungicide.
3. With mycorrhizae.
4. With biofungicide + mycorrhizae.

I'll be using chemical nutrients. Not organic.

So, is either the biofungicide or the mycorrhizae beneficial when using chemical nutrients?

Go plain, don't add chemicals unless you need to. it screws up your PPM and pH. $.02.
