This is my first grow and was wondering if those are preflowers or just another node starting. Sorry for the phone pics.

Keep an eye on that second picture. Not sure if it is the angle, but that might be a ball sac. Your safe if tiny hair pops outta that. Good luck bro.

You could be right. Expand the pic and it does look like the striations of a ball sack.

Are those pictures of a single plant or different plants? Bottom looks like a male preflower for sure, but in the top picture the more visible preflower looks more cone shaped and hence female. Check with a loupe or magnifying glass.

More like pre-penis if you ask me. Maybe too soon to tell, but I'd watch that one closely, leaning male.
