Cant tell might be a stipule but looks longer than the others so it might be...id look higher up on the plant better pic will help too

My camera sucks so much I cant get a good picture of anything. Tomorrow after I feed I'll take some with a better camera.

The temps are staying at 75, humidity is at 31%. Soil is drying out. I really want to top and LST, but I'm so anxious to find out the sex before i put the effort into it!

too early to tell. You can still top it while you're waiting for it to mature. How old is it?

train it now, while you got the time, if it's a male then nothing you can do but trash it or use to make seeds, that's why I only get feminized seeds just takes all that guess work out and then you don't waste weeks or months for nothing.

The plant you have circled in red is the only part that im not sure of. Its hard to see it on the opposite side of the plant. It shouldn't be much longer to show sex, and the longer it takes the better the odds of it being a girl.

I'll top it tomorrow, should I bend at the same time or wait till recovery from the top?

That's up to you, bending them isn't gonna add real stress, within reason obviously you don't wanna break branches.
