Vision7G is a new portable multi-band wireless network security audio/video appliance developed by Diamond Quest. Powered by the cutting-edge management capabilities of Genetec's IP video surveillance solution,Omnicast, the Vision 7G offers customers the benefits of an all-in-one portable advanced wireless network security platform.
As an instant out-of-the box solution, the Vision7G leverages the renowned scalability, flexibility and reliability of Genetecs cutting-edge software while offering customers the simplicity and ease of deployment from a single innovative appliance.
The standard system comes pre-configured with four Axis M1031-W cameras (optional Sony PTZ and Vivotek cameras are available), and two pairs of high-gain antennas. What makes this product unique is that is only requires standard power for the cameras and the unit. Once powered up, the system is recording audio and video on motion sensing via physical PIR detectors embedded into the cameras or by manual recording. The user can activate alarms over any network that flash all camera lights and emits audio warnings at each camera; camera audio and lighting can also be individually controlled by a single function key.
Typical wireless ranges are 1500 and 2500 feet radius LOS or two stories above and below, 10 foot radius LOS with a minimum guaranteed frame rate of 8fps at a resolution of 640x480.
Vision7G is positioned to sell directly to end-users with absolutely no setup involved. Diamond Quest is offering the Vision7G at reduced pricing to Distributors, Dealers and Integrators. The cameras are sent to Diamond Quest for configuration and the whole package is then sent back ready for sale.
