no can do, i dont think it is worth it.

well you can use an inverter to change the 12v dc car battery into a 120v ac outlet, and there all kinds of ways to charge a car battery. But there will be limitations, and you will end up using more power due to the loss in all the conversion. ie 120v ac to 12v dc and back again. Sounds like a real pain in the ass to me, unless your living off grid and just hapen to have a shit load of car batterys around i can't see the point.
