Got a bit of an emergency.. The power will be cut for 7 hours here.. What can I do to save my roots? Just got out of root rot and trimmed the roots so they are not all down in the water.

Yeah, a bit late for that though.. As The roots aren't all in the water I guess that would help.. Its Just below 0 celsius here too and I dont have any other heater either.. Hopefully it wont drop to much in temperature inside..

7 hours shouldn't mean death as long as the roots have water. Theyll droop some but should bounce back fine the next day.
As long as they dont dry out over that time, you'll be fine. You could raise your water level up to make sure they all have roots in the water or go around and manually make sure the roots stay wet with a spray bottle or something.
Passed that, I would also recommend some kind of battery pack and a small pump just to keep things moving.

I'd be more concerned with the smell! Although I would lift the pots out for say an hour and wedge something underneath for say an hour and then dunk again for an hour as no airstones. Then repeat until power on. Sometimes we do get power outs for a few hours while asleep and we don't even know about it until the contactor timer is 3 hours behind haha. They will live regardless
