Nope you don't need to switch it to a 12/12 light cycle usually a plant will show sex around 5 weeks after sprouting. You just gotta check the preflowers. No the plant must indicate before you can tell and 12/12 is the only way to do that.
...what ????No the plant must indicate before you can tell and 12/12 is the only way to do that.
i disagree with you, how can you confirm you females are strong females worth keeping is you use this method? you could be cloning a shit ton of herms. jus saying....what ????
...not true, cannabis will show signs of sex during the veg cycle if you veg it long enough......in fact, I veg my mums until they show sure signs of sex before I take cuttings.
...I would think you'd know better with rep across the board and over 5k post.
Not for the inexperienced I'm telling you. If they come on here and ask they can post 20 crappy pics because they won't be able to tell.Nope you don't need to switch it to a 12/12 light cycle usually a plant will show sex around 5 weeks after sprouting. You just gotta check the preflowers.
Again I'm responding to the level of the OP here. If they have to ask . . . .. They only know when they see the "hairs". You'll see. That's why so many have plants in 12/12 and calling them girls with sacs hanging....what ????

read a book, there are plenty of pics that show the difference between male and female. time frame and pollination are not the point of my statements they simply point out what is efficient. How would one presex, what is the difference between the male and female or what are signs of a male? Time Frame isn't an issue. This isn't for pollinating, but just to grow a hemp plant
Try starting a thread of your own, you'll get more replies that way. And we'll need pics to help you.Is this a male or female
