Possible pest problem?

Ive been growing for a few years but, I have never seen anything like this before. The new growth is getting all twisted up, that's the best way to put it. These are outdoor plants by the way, I have one healthy patch and one patch that has that twisted growth. If anyone knows what this is, please respond

Doesn't look like a pest problem to me it looks more like a serious imbalance of some sort but those are very twisted and purple stem I see there to .......what strain and what you feeding them ...also what's the tempature getting down to

ive seen a lot of odd looking weed plants but that first one takes the cake. May just be a deformity doesn't look like any pest or deficiency ive ever seen.
