possible nitrogen deficiency

Hey guys,
i think my plants are having a nitrogen deficiency. they are pretty light in color and some of the lower leaves have turned yellow. I havent used any nutes on them yet. they are only a couple weeks old. I have been using molasses tho. I am about to force flower them in a couple days and I was wondering what a good, cheap nutrient was that would them throughout the flowering stage?
thanks everyone

there are many, maaaanny fertilizers out there, best thing to do is just look at them yourself. you can get some peruvian bat guano for cheap, or just some liquid fertz which are more expensive.

Get the nitrogen problem under control, before going to 12/12, or you'll have plants that'll go yellow, quick, during the stretching phase. That's when they burn up the most, and alot of guys have touble keeping them supplied with N. If you were to be deficient beforehand, that'd be really risky. You could lose all your fan leaves, and really hurt your yield.

My nutes for sale are pretty cheap!

If you haven't added anything to your soil yet then you are most likely, at the very least, deficient in N, K, S, Fe, just to name a few.

Notice how I left out "P"....

Whatever brand you decide on, you should go with a salt-based fert instead of organic, once you get the hang of the timing of the feeding & watering down pat. And make sure that whatever you use, to go with a brand that has generous amounts of Nitrate Nitrogen, rather than ammonium based and urea.

Hope this helps!

Well, there is no set rule. That's why growing kinda rules- more an art than a science.

The best advice I could give you is to wait to see how the plant responds to the new nutrients- whatever your are using- and wait until you see improvements. Then begin 12/12.

Good luck!
