Possible Issue

so looking on the leaf there are spots. they are what seem to be areas with just the top layer of the leaf eaten away, and around you can see black spots.. small speckles almost...

anyone have any idea what im dealing with? it seems to have spread between my plants so if its a water problem(something in the water) or a nut problem I need to know to start changin that asap. I would hate to have these girls die.. they are just starting to get bushy

by your description it could be leaf miners, little black bugs that eat the top of the leaf, the cure is neem oil
