And to be honest I do not see any "Balls" which would indicate a male all I can see is a healthy plant .

focus that bud. if those are little yellow bannana sort of looking things then it hermied.

Is there any way to save it? Stop it herming any worse? The overall look of the plant is not healthy. Maybe that's what caused it to hermi?
