Possible hermie?

Not sure if I am just being paranoid but I have found these rounded sacks that look pretty much like pollen sacks. The plant has already shown white pistils and it is a feminized seed, but I am not sure if this is a male sack or a swollen calyx. Sorry for the pic quality. Any help appreciated. I certainly have stressed them with supercropping and LST, and some nitrogen toxicity, so I am worried because it's happening with more than one plant.

Found this in another plant… this one looks more suspicious.

I wanted to ask, is 15 days enough time for the pollen sacs to have released the pollen, or am I good?

It's a flower, has it opened up? If so it's released pollen, if it's still closed up, then probably not, unless you break it trying to remove it.
