portland grow:0 feedback needed!

Hello this is my third grow 2nd in a green house. Im looking for a little feedback on my grow and any tips or suggestions on what i can improve. I will also have a few questions. i have been using fox farms trio on all my plants. I live in the portland OR area.

When did you start those? It looks like they could use more light, they would be a lot bushier and wouldnt stretch as much. How many hours of light a day do you get?
