porchlight reveg?

Can a neighbors porchlight 50 yards away cause reveg? I was also wondering if that's what's happening or if it's foxtail? I'm alomost 6 weeks into flower on m.o.b. all my other plants are just starting to flower? I'm so confused! Using f.f. line and almost ready to start chaching on the m.o.b. but if it's a waste don't want to waste it? Any help? Anyone? I can add some pics if that helps.

I doubt a porch light 50 yards away has any effect. Here's my purple mob, I call it my "cousin it" plant I don't know if yours looks as weird as mine. My porch light goes on and off all night since I am a cig smoker.
never topped it. Tried to train it didn't work. Just a short bushy plant.

First pic one week into flower. Crazt thing it topped itself as you can tell it has several colas! My real question is they all seem pretty airy and looks to be some foxtailing since it's 90% indica i don't think this is normal. The rest are about week six airy buds? You think? The last is my presidential kush it's just in week one of flower. The first plant is mother of berry or m.o.b. do you have any thoughts on if it will fill in or not? Can send better bud pics if needed
