Pollen distribution from carbon scrubber?

Hey all, I have a quick question, and at the risk of being overly cautious, I figured I should ask the seasoned growers here if I should be worried. I searched the forum, but found nothing addressing my issue.

I am into my second week of flower and just started scrubbing the air in my sealed room with two 5 1/2' can filters, 12" vortex fans, 2200cfm each, all of which were used on my last grow. Problem is, my last harvest was scrapped because I fertelized the whole room as a result of coming into my room with a sweater full of pollen from another location where we do genetic testing and breeding (moment of stupidity, I admit). Can these can filters redistribute any pollen that was caught during my moment of blind idiocy 2 months ago?

Some details to help, my filters run in reverse, that is to say the air is forced IN the top of the can, then out through the can. They are both freestanding scrubbers, so the inlet and outlet are within the sealed room. I also removed the socks after the last disasterous grow, wiped down the outsides of the can, and brought them back in the room, and they are currently sock-less naked beasts. After the disaster, the room was completely stripped, re-polyed, all lights, and any/all equipment cleaned thoroughly more than a month before new plants were brought in. I've had the cans running for 2 days now and the idea that they could redistribute some pollen from the last grow is scaring the hell out of me. Please, anyone with any knowledge please respond.

Thanks in advance for any help and consideration.
