Well I just moved to Florida not to long ago, which is a place i always wanted to live. Only problem is when i left my old state, i was unable to find the QP i was looking for and the 1/2 oz i found, has been smoked up for a while now lol. Well the state i came from, we're use to getting good cheap brick weed $20 a qtr $50 a oz on occassions. We always use to bet that weed was better in Cali and Florida. Well i know theres good weed here in florida, but i only been lucky on the first sack i bought $20 for an 8th which was well worth it. Now i've bought 5 sacks since then and the weed has not been that great, i'm paying n e where form 40 to 50 a qtr. Well the last sack i bought i ran out of yesterday and im defiantly not calling the only wannabe weed man i know, because of the quality and i dont't even think the last sack weighed right. (I had scales i just let a friend have them before i left for FL and havent bought n e yet). So i'm done buying weed unless i find the HOOK UP lol, if fiening is what i have to do until i can hopefully harvest a crop. fiening is what ill have to do and fiening i am doing right now as i right this post lol. Now back to the point of this post, I have 12 seeds 6 i have germinating right now, i hope to grow these indoors. I've been reading on what to do but very limited on cash right now. So if n e one can throw me a couple cheap ideas to grow for my first time it will be greatly appreciated. I want to grow the fastest possible and still have good smoke for myself. thanks guys hope u all take care. TY

Everyone wants to grow as fast as possible, to do it you will need to spend money on a Hydro setup. Soil grows nowhere near as fast as Hydro, but since you want to do it cheaply we can't use hydro. Cheap =Soil =CFL lights=smaller yields. Expect the process to take from 3 months to 5 months depending on such things as strain, whether or not you kill the fuckers the first week, watering, soil you used, distance to lights, whether or not you have a fan........ on and on, read as much as you can about this fascinating hobby.

Hey thx for ure reply bro. i checked ure journal out and man u really got shit going on. Good Job. I've been reading and reading I learned more today than i have ever learned in one day lol. Confussed about a lot of things but im sure ill get it one day. Since im germinating right now i guess my next step would be soil. I have some hyponex potting soil right now, do u think that will be good for the first small pot i put them in. After there planted would puting them in the window seal be ok for light and air. If not what watt lighting system would u perfer. Ill get a fan thats no problem should that be blown on the plants all day. And brother when u say the time it takes to harvest has to do with strain what do u mean lol. If this was to many ?s for u sorry bro, Im just really excited about getting this going and learning so i can get better. Hopefully move up to hydro like u do that seems awesome. thanks for ure time bro

I lived in florida and got bomb ass weed i guess its just where your at!!!Well the sand down there can be mixed in with some of that soil to make a good airiated soil for growing,where in florida might beable to get you a hook up lol!!Anywayz goodluck
First off each plant needs its very own pot, planting them all together in 1 pot would basically be the end of them. Hyponex soil is fine, make sure you add 25-50% perlite to the soil. Window is a no no, window glass cuts the light dramatically, you would be better off with Fluorescent lights or CFL lights a couple inches above the plants. If it were me I would use a Metal Halide light of 400 watts or better, but those cost cash.
Different strains of Pot take different amounts of time to fully flower. Sativas take a much longer time up to 18 weeks just to flower, not considering the month or 2 of vegetative growth. Indicas are much faster most are around 8-10 weeks to flower so 3-4 months of total time depending on how big you let them get before you flower them. There are hundreds of different strains, many are a hybrid of sativa and indica plants with some ruderalis thrown in on some of the autoflowering plants. Much to learn young apprentice.
You want a fan lightly blowing on the plants at all times, not whippijng them through the air though.

Using the hyponex potting soil, is there need to start feeding right away. I see alot of ppl using fox farm ocean forrest and there not feeding until 4 weeks in. Is fox farm ok to transplant the weed into when it gets time. When talking strains does it depend on the seed what strain i have sativas, or indica or can i do something to make what i want. Fox farm is fine to transplant into, it won't need any added fertilizer for a couple of weeks. When you do fertilize its only 1 times every 3 rd watering or so, use very little to start with. Some fertilizer only takes a couple of drops per gallon of water and it can burn your plants to death if not careful. Read this GROWFAQ
