pls Help me out to pick the best setup i can get?

i already know some basic stuffs about growing (ive made some powerLED panels and it was really effective (26 x 3w leds over one plant)), but ive never tried to have my setup as an industial grow..

can any one tell me, how to make my setup for 40 femenized seeds in a place with (10 x 4 x 2) Meters.
ive already made a reflecting box, but have no idea, what will be my medium? (geuss hydro) in case i get best results.
im spending much money on the project so before i start, i need u guys to correct/aprove my ideas about the whole thing...
and i know some about Electronics (ive made digital timer and thermosat for my last grow). dealing with Aurdino can be handled if neccassary.
please help me up guys... RIU is the place ive had in my mind ever since i found out im gonna grow this much...

5 300W big fans
2 cooler (water sys)
powerLEDS (Cold & Warm White.. Red and Deep Red.. blues, and some UVs) .. all 10w.
40 nice movable containers

Start with dirt instead of a hydro set-up. Dirt is a lot more forgiving of mistakes as almost any mix-up with a hydro grow will be fatal. Learn to grow in dirt first before taking on the more rigorous hydro-growing. I know tons of guys who jumped right in wanting to be hydro-farmers. None are still growing hydro today. BigSteve.
