It does look like over-nutes, maybe your MG soil has built in nutes

The problem with nute enhanced soil is that you lose the control of what/when the nutes are applied. You may want to consider flushing to get rid of some of the nutes, as your plants do not look healthy

Honestly the growing medium is key when growing a plant, the quality of your soil is going to reflect on your plant. Mg soil wouldnt have been my first choice, allot of times there soil can be way to hot for seedlings. IM sorry you had to learn that the hard way, as your plant gets older it should be fine.
