2x2x4. 200watt light. Whatever strain you like.
earth juicegrow and bloom. super-thrive
And a fan

I would go with at least a 2x4 or a 3x3. Sure, you can do it in a 2x2, but you'll probably regret not getting something a little bitter, for not much more cash. Plenty of 200-300 watt LEDs that fit those footprints well, and you'll easily be able to hit your 8oz goal with room left over with just a couple of plants. You could do it with one plant in a 2x2 but it might take some practice. Some people are really terrible at it and need LOTS of practice too.

Hey! It’s Big Bud!

However if you hang in all kinds of help is coming your way. Tell us your budget and any restrictions.
Budget 1500$ Hoping to harvest 8-16 oz per plant. I am curious about the tent size, led watt or brand, the final pot size, how many plants to grow, and when to give the flowering period. I will grow it with coconut.

With coco? Already making a mistake. Buy yourself some Fox Farms soils and a simple one-bottle nutrient. Buy a good light and go for it. Light will cost you half of your budget.

Keep it simple and get bud. It’s that easy. But daily watering at the least sure limits what else a guy can do. No last minute plans or anything else unless you’re automated to some extent. Same with hydro and newer growers.
That's important and I forget that. This is full time for me. I'm not automated yet either.

You can absolutely get 8 oz per plant. I am surprised however that no one has asked your desired turn around time. I only say it because one of the biggest factors would be how long you veg before flip. If you only veg 3 weeks on a single plant you will definitely not hit that number. If you don't have time to veg for months you may want to consider more of a sog approach.

3x3 and and def go for the 6 ft height. HLG 250-300 watt light, I would suggest living soil in a Grassroots 45 gallon living soil pot. Spring for a Blumat if you want to be able to dip out for a few days and don't have anyone who will water for you. Infinity 4" inline fan, I'd go for the one with the controller so you can read temp and rh andhave it go on or off automatically based on temp and rh. Carbon filter and a couple of clip on fans to move the air in the tent and you're pretty much ready to go.

Well you'd still have to craft your soil and check to make sure your city water isn't still using chlorine but that's about it.

You want 8-16 per plant? Mybad. I was just hitting you with a beginner/short simple answer. Your gonna wanna a bit bigger than a 2x2. My fault. Prolly 4x4x7 would be easier for you to work with.

Is one led enough? If you were to grow 4 plants in a 4x4x7 tent, what kind of leds and how many would you use?
