I bought a 65 watt..500 equivalent I think, outdoor CFL pole light. And am attempting to wire it to a 3 prong cord to plug directly into a wall outlet. My problem is that I thought I wired it up correctly..but notice that if my face touches the metal case, or the wire its suspended on I can feel a slight prick such as an electrical shock.. I have the wires connected to the same colors..IDK what the problem could be!! Ive had them running for weeks w/o any problems but I just noticed it when I bumped the suspension wire w/ my head. Any help would be appreciate!!! THANKS
