Please Need emergency help for yellow leafs .. my plants are starting to die

Hi guys I really need help with my plants . I planted my seed in cocopit 3 weeks a go my soil is not a hot soil .About fertilizers just today i have give them just a low dose of biobizz grow . My LED lights are 60 cm away from top of plants and my lights are white and purple . As u will see in the photos the lower set of leafs are yellow and burnt also some of the other plants are droopy and even turning yellow
I think they are over watered thats why plants are droopy , even due i didnt water them much but the humidity was about 90% during this 3 weeks but now i set that to 65% . Also trying to give them less water .
i have 2 other plants that they just dont grow it looks like they are locked . it have been 3 weeks but they are not giving any fresh leafs When should i start fertilizing for grow faze??? Please share your ideas so i can save these plants

Light too strong for little ones like that. Also u dont need to feed them untill they have a xouple sets of true leaves. Seedlings have all the nutes they need to grow the first true set of leaves. Feeding too early will just result in ph issues and burns
 
Quality seed can start the 5th-6th set of leaves without nutes. Optimal time to feed is between 1st and second week, as long as they have 2 sets of leaves. If they don't something else is going on.

Looks like you over fertilized. Nute companies seem to think everyone is growing from rooted clones because their feed schedules "week 1" recommendations sure aren't for week old seedlings
 
In coco, I start feeding a little cal-mag as soon as they go in 16 oz dixie cups from rapid rooter. Coco has no nutrients so the seedlings need nutrients pretty quick IME. How's your PH and drainage?

U r Correct 100% I just bought cal-mag today and im gonna use it ASAP my drainage is not that great I have to repot them soon ...
