I gave my buddy my seeds to germ while I was away for Xmas and when I got back he didn't put them in my hydro setup and now the roots are like 3-5 inches sticking out of rockwool they are wet and have never dried, are they ok to put in the set up or are they fucked?

Thanks dude, I've actually never started from seed I always got clones and a few local people told me to throw them out cause you can't let them get that long without putting a light over them. Their in a dark warm humid area

what kind of system are you using and are you going to get them under a light?

Ebb n flow Flood and drain and yes they will be under light tonight or tomorrow, 2000watt veg and 5400 watt flower white widow and atomic bomb it's only my second hydro grow

if your roots are sticking out the bottom of the cube, you may want to put your cubes on a coco mat or a slab,like this

Good call, I just looked at the pathetic excuse of a plants I have lol and theirs no tap roots, they popped out of the seed and went sky high and it's just a long white root with a whitish yellow leaf on top. They all look identical. I'm hoping putting them under a light this evening will bring them back to life
