Please help! Yellow tips

I am growing with promix hp, believe I caught them in early nute lockout due to slightly high ph in the water 6.3-6.5 I adjusted to 5.8 and gave plain water tested runoff at an extremely high ppm so I continued only giving plain water for the last 4 waters but I’m still noticing more leaf tips turning yellow.. this is my first indoor grow on my own, 6 plants all separate strains, 5x5 tent with a Mars hydro ts3000 I guess my main question is #1 is it possible that my plants are still showing symptoms from 3 weeks ago? Also I wanted to flip to 12/12 this weekend but would some of the leaves being yellow mess up the flowering phase, should I wait?

I use botanicare cns17 vwg nutes, with cal mag, silica and rhizo, I used this same stack outdoor with great results, could the potassium def be caused by my slight ph misunderstanding? Or should I add some boom nutes

I just want to add what the pros are saying here. When growing hydro, the sweet spot is 5.8 pH as you mentioned in one of your previous posts. Soil or peat is much more forgiving and plants will thrive with a pH between 6-7. Peat especially has a way of balancing things out nicely. By the way, aside from the yellow tips, your plants look really nice to me. I burned a plant once in hydro. I tried to reverse the damage and it pretty much stayed with the plant until the end. Wish you good luck... You're among the best growers online here.

Thank you for elaborating that a bit I’ve grown with a medical caregiver and learn most of what I know I also grew outdoors in cocoa choir and had amazing results indoor has not been as forgiving though. The problem emergeD suddenly

Also thank you for the compliment on my girls it always means a lot to hear that I’m a fellow grower I knew it was time to join this forum if I was gonna have successful grows

I just don’t know what else could’ve caused my nutrient lockout when I noticed two of them look sick I gave them pH water and tested runoff at a whopping 5000 ppm so I gave them a niceflush. Until It read about 1000 ppm every since the. Only plain ph water but they all have yellow tips and just aren’t as happy now

Wow...5000 ppm on the TDS (total dissolved solids) meter? That's really high. Hope that everything will turn out ok. I think your move to peat is a good choice at this point. As I said, peat is really good at balancing things out. Wish you lots of luck

5000ppm (10! EC) is outrageously high -- toxic high levels

It's likely your meter is out of whack as your plants sure don't look like they're sitting in 10 EC solution

I used to separate meters and got the same reading, I could tell they slowed down growth and started getting dark green that’s what made me test the run off.. I immediately flushed them until it was back down comfortably and once they dried out is when 80% of the yellowing you see occurred
