please help wanabes plants il rep

hey i hope you guys can help one of my indoor grow cabs seems to make all my plants droop and made the bottom leaves die does anyone know why?
there 2 week veg they have 2 cfls for all 6 plants which they love there short and bushy but everyday since last week they started drooping they have enough water i have no ventilation but neither does my 2nd veg cab and there growing great
no pics because i dont think its neccessary

thanks but i dont think so the soil is dry from the top but its moist in the middle
but i over watered the droopiest to see
