Please help very new n stupid

My friend not me started her first ever plant from a seed she got from sum unknown top shelf exotics so she tried 2 grow it 4 S&giggles n it grew with no light n cheap soil after a while she felt bad 4 it n bought what she could a cheap cone shaped plant bulb with blue tint on it from the grocery store n another cheap long fluorescent plant bulb from Wally worlds she's flat broke n like I said it was 4 s&g but it kept growing and after a while unknown cuz never kept track of weeks IT'S A GIRL ok here's the probs and questions. never had a fan she's startn 2 lean just wedged paper under the pot on opp side n it's straight but pretty tall thinkn it's gunna bend or break idk can she start a fan it's est.2-3 weeks into flowern now. It's in a small ceramic pot should she replant in a bigger pot? And last will it b any good seen how poorly it was maintained cheap lights cheap soil screwy light cycle 4 first half it seems good now by sum miracle it looks healthy. Amazing how these grow sometimes... fans are used early in vegg to promote stronger and larger stems. (ie, more nutrient uptake, bigger , better plants). and later in flower to reduce the risk of mold on the bud... start a fan just tie the plant off from above, enjoy your bud... OH. BTW... A "TOP SHELF EXOTIC" shouldnt have seeds.. lol

with the poor care it's hard you may not get a lot, but you'll at least get something. A fan will be fine as long it's supported and not just left to flap in the wind. A oscillating fan would be best so the wind isn't directly on the plant all the time so it won't need as much support and can build itself up.
