Please Help, Plant Spots

Hello, I have just enerted the 12/12 light schedule on this baby and am seeing lime green spots on the leaves as seen on the pics. I am using basic miracle grow organic soil ( i know its the first grow ) and all purpuse vegetable plant food. Water when needed, humidity at like 20-40, temp around 80. just switched from a 5 35watt tube set to a 70watt hps focused on her. She is twindling a little on her new growth and there may be slight cuping.

Thoughts?

i just experienced a similar problem. my leaves started cupping (up). the leaves felt paper like. soon they started getting spots like yours are. then the edges started dying where they were cupping. my rh was about 30-35% at the time. i played w watering schedule a lot but nothing changed. finally i bought a humidifier which made the rh rise to about 40-50% and even 60% at night when fans were off. this seemed to help out a lot w the cupping and spotting. all the new growth looks great. the deterioration of the old growth stopped. the plants still droop towards the end of the day, but i think thats normal. try using a humidifier for yr problem. u can get at walmart for $20-$30. hope this helps. peace
