Please help my little girls!!

Long time toker, first time poster.

So I've started my first grow, and am concerned that my little ones look a little pale and the leaves are curling down....here's the story:

Started as seeds from random bags (different strains) about 3 weeks ago. Spent the first 2 weeks under low power under-the-cabinet flo lights.

They are now in a cabinet (picture below) w/ the following specs:
20"dx47"lx70"h
light is a 600w dual mh hps dimmable digital ballast w/ a cool tube fixture, fed and exhausted on either end from outside by 250 cfm 6" inline duct fans.
Air is exhausted from the cab. by a 295 cfm squirrel cage attached to a carbon filter.
air is fed into the cab by a 250 cfm 6" ducting fan, w/ the other end attached to an externally mounted window a/c unit.
conditions stay b/w 64f and 75f, w/ bw 35 and 50% humidity.
they are currently (as of last night) on a 24 hour photo period w/ the MH bulb, at the full 600w.

I'm concerned b/c for the first 5 days in the cab, I didn't have the a/c or the mh bulb, so they were under a hps bulb at 300w (dimmable ballast at 50%) for an 18 hour photo period, and temps ranged b/w 77f and 90f. I know this is too hot, but at the time, I couldn't really do anything about it.

the seeds started in peat pods, and have since been moved into solo cups (w/drainage holes) and foxfarm ocean forst organic potting soil. I'm using tap water (public).

Hopefully the new conditions will improve their appearance, but if anyone has any suggestions, or if I'm missing anything, I'd greatly appreciate some feedback. Pictures of both the plants and setup are attached.

how often are you watering them? they just look droopy really...maybe a shade of yellow, but nothin out of the ordinary i dont think...

They are doing fine..just don't overwater. .The whole leaf curl is from too much moisture..you have great light and soil..the next thing you.should do is ph check your water...if its too high or too low your plants will not grow....and absolutely do not give them notes for two to three weeks

Sorry nutes. ..My.phones a pain. ..Also i usually let the red cup almost.completely.dry out..they'll grow faster watered every three days..unless heats an issue then they'll dry faster

i use ffof as well, and when toe cotyledons just start to yellow is when i give them nitrogen. which is usually about 2 weeks from seed.

Looks like too much water mate. Cotyledons (very first leaves) will yellow, that is normal. Droopy leaves is either too much water or beginning of N toxicity. Also Ocean Forrest can be a little too hot for seedlings and new clones. You can cut the Ocean Forest with with a totally inert medium like pure Coco Coir or Sunshine #4 in a 1:1 ratio, or if you can't get that, look for stuff specifically for seedlings, like Lightwarrior.

Ocean Forest is great soil but it's got a lot of nutes in it and the drainage sucks. You have to add perlite and cut it with something inert for babies.

not disagreeing with you, because i have heard much of the same thing from alot of people...but i have never had a problem with the soil being to " hot " for babies...i germ my seeds, and strait into ffof they go.
