Please HELP me with these problems with LOTS of PICS

Please help, thank you for taking the time to help.

Currently under (aligned in a row)
(2) 120w LED
(1) 4 bulb - T5
Sour Kush
Kush Berry
Purple Haze
Silver Haze
Pro-mix
GroBags
Reverse Osmosis Water
Lucas Formula
GH Micro & Bloom
CalMag

These are about four(4) weeks since germination.
I fed them two days ago with 1/4 Lucas formula (2.5ml/5ml per gallon) and Reverse Osmosis water.
I don't PH the water since the lucas site states itself using this formula with RO will not need to adjust PH.

These are the things I have been doing, Now what should I adjust.

What's the temp? How close are the lights? Do you have a moisture meter for testing your mediums moisture level? May be overwatering?

Remember to go from all the way dry to all the way wet every time. I go by the weight of the pot, let it get really light before you saturate it, water it till it just comes out of the bottom of the pot. I alternate straight water, nutrient water, straight water, nutrient water, and so on. Make sure your measurements are good on your nutes. Good luck with the flush!

Strange how 1/4 nute solution would burn those gals, Id say it has to be the PH. Mix up that solution and test it.
I'd agree in some sense pertaining to what he said about R/O and his Luca....but man that's some bad pH if it's the case. Either way, I'd personally still pH and also flush.

Thanks guys!

I tested the water ph and I am currently using GH PH TEST KIT. Those who have seen this they have color coded readings internals of 4-8.5

It's in the orange area which shows a ph of 5

Tested the RO water it has a PH of orange (5)PH

Tested my tap water it has a PH of green (7)PH

I combined both and it came out to yellow (6) PH

- I heard that when using RO unit CALMAG is a must? I haven't been using CALMAG much should I start adding?

- Is it okay to combine half tapwater half ro with lucas + calmag?
(thinking about starting to do this on next water and on)

- After flush should I feed slightly immediately?

You don't every check your ph? I would still check it~
It does look a lot like nute burn of some type but how
can it be if your feeding at 1/4 strength. Are you
alternating watering/feeding?

I was planning on doing water/feed/water/feed... however the past 3 waterings were with lucas.:-(

After how many days should I see improvement?
Right after flushing should I feed a mild dose immediately or no?
Should I add CALMAG?
