please help me with my hydrofarm hot house

i just bought my hydrofarm hothouse i plan on putting seeds that have soaked in superthrive water into rockwool 1x1 that has also soaked in superthrive
my question is do i keep a low leavel of water in the hothouse and also do i put it under my 4ft 40wt floros

You can just put the seed inside of the rockwool and cover it with the dome and you should be fine. I put mine in a moist paper towel inside of the "hot house" until the root tip emerges from the seed and than place into the medium, in your case rockwool, root tip up. Trust me it works. You don't necessarily need to have the light on them until the sprouts break the surface. At that point you should either remove the dome or take the sprouted seeds and move them under the flouros. Get the flouros right on top of the plants say a couple inches away and don't put any extra water in the bottom of the greenhouse. The dome will keep the moisture in you want them to be moist but not soggy. Good luck.
