Please help if you can!

I have have this plat for 2.5weeks *NOT INCLUDING THE SEEDLING WEEKS*. I guess may it could have been about 3-4 weeks if I added the seedling weeks. I plan on cloning it so i could test if its a female or a male before I continue growing it. What I was going to ask if I could start cloning right now? Could I? 3x23watt cfls, 65-70degrees, I dont have a humidity meter but it seems like the humidity is pretty good. Plants feel a little silky. Pot is about 3-4 inches with a 4-5 diameter. Also there are branches growing of my branches is that normal? this is my 2attempt ate growing.

i've cloned a plant smaller then that.... it worked. I even cut the main stem, it will work if you do it correctly

No expert here but id say you don't have anything to clone other then fan leafs its just to small yet. Ive heard you dont wont to clone before they are a least 4 weeks old. What size pot,lights, room heat and humidity?

Yes that's normal those are what you want to clone not the big fan leafs. I don't know a lot about cfl but i think you mite need a little more heat and a bigger pot to get it to grow a little faster..My opinion she just to small yet. I clone my plant after they are a least four weeks old and about a foot and a half tall...

Its been growing at a fast rate so im ok with that. i just dont want to pay a lot on the bill because I dont have a job lol. But by cloning it I should be able to get more yeild and determine the sex right?

You may also want to put your hand under the light even with the top of your plant for a couple of mins to see if its to hot if not move the lights a little closer.

I did that. Its not to hot but its warm.

Sex yes yield that all depends on how good you are at growing

Your plant is looking good just have a little more patience start read on how and when to top so your under growth will push up faster that way you can take a couple clones that have two to three nodes...

Top the plant so it can start to branch out...this will allow you to take cuts much quicker...

I would wait a couple more weeks but you mite be able to fim now but I'm not 100 percent on that

Id rather clone and fem the clone than fem the whole crop. but yea I can wait.

FIM is close to topping a plant you just take the very top (the tops new growth) I don't fim I like topping better.

you can pretty much top a plant at any time...I top my seedlings at the 5th node.
