Please Help - I may have ruined my best grow yet!

Hey All,

I'm in the middle of my second real hydroponic grow and everything was going perfectly! I was growing a single plant in a 5 gallon bubbler... It was thriving after about 3 weeks into flowering but then I made a huge mistake and was hoping to get some help trying to determine what exactly I did wrong...

The plant got so big on me, it was consuming a LARGE quantity of water each day... I slipped one day and didn't add any water until after I got back from work and when I went to refresh the res, the entire plant was drooping - not a single leaf was standing. It looked like a complete mess! When i looked in the 5 gallon pale, it was COMPLETELY dry... I immediately decided I was going to transfer it into a large 27 gallon tote.

Here is where my mistakes compounded... I transferred the plant after thoroughly cleaning the new res - however I made a mistake... I put too much water into the res. When I had it in the five gallon pale, I'd fill it up to a little past the net holding my expanded clay and it seemed to always be fine like that. It bought me a little extra time before it dried up on me. So i did the same thing with the 27 gallon pale I used... After a few hours I could see a few of the leaves had already started to spring back up...

However, the next day I went to check on the plant and it looked awful... A bunch of leaves were completely curled up. I immediately drained the water out till it was about 2 inches below the net holding the clay. Hours have passed and it still doesn't look any better...

I was hoping someone who has more experience could help me determine if they think this was a result of the plant being too submerged in water or if its more likely I introduced some bacteria during the res switch... I included a few pictures of how the plant looks today as well as a couple of what it looked like before I moved it into my flowering area..

There are signs of nute burn on the leaves but I was getting a bit of that before I made the switch because of not adequately keeping up with how much water it was consuming each day. The plant is getting fed 8ml per gallon of Micro GH Flora and 16ml per gallon of Bloom.

Thanks again for reading this long post. Im freaking out a bit as I had really high hopes for this one and now things are looking bleak...
