Please help asap

I started my plant on 12 and 12 on April 1. Everything has Been going good and starting to flower nicely but today I went in the room it is in and noticed the light through the Zipper of the tent was on. My light is supposed to be off from 1am to 1pm. I opened the tent and realized the timer wasn't engaged in auto and I think the plant has been on 24 hr light for 5 days now. I turned the light off and plan on turning timer back on at 1pm tomorrow. Will they recover from this

Shouldn't hurt anything. Switch to 12/12.

really? ive never heard 12/12 was a bad for flower? and hour difference isnt gunna make tht much difference anyways..can u explain why im interested?
