please help again

i recently left a post on here about my abnormal leaf growth as they were growing in single leaf form and very curly as in they were growing inside out if it made sense this is my first grow in hydro and the tips i recieved were a great help as it seems to be working very well and going back to normal i do though have a new couple of problems if anybody would like to help me my tank is 8ft long and currently have 9 plants in there the problem i have now is the stems that are growing seem to be very slim and vey bendy is this normal also some are growing faster than others do i need to turn my pump up or not am starting to think weather hydro is worth the trouble as soil so much easier any advice would be gratefull thanks

I am definately not a hydro grower, I will always advise organics, but you should definately crank up your air pump. You should be feeding those roots as much oxygen as possible, the more bubbles the better. Good luck
