Please help about to harvest bud but idk if its ready??

ive used the search and from the looks of my trichomes on the plant seem to be glossy/crystally but im not completely sure if its ready?

**So my question is... is there any way i can snip off a stem of my plant WITHOUT the plant getting hurt? i just want to snip off a branch and then harvest/dry them for the recommended 5 days.. is this a good idea? i dont want to ruin its growth pattern or anything, i dont think it would affect the plant but i have no idea..

please help, i hate to ask such a newbie question but ive just been working so hard on this plant. i dont want to kill my baby too early! :[

Yes you can harvest just some of the plant and let the rest finish. pictures of the plant will help.

Yup go for it... people call it a staggered harvest.
