Helllllo this is my first thread and first time ever growing, I have a lot of questions and comments to make so I'd appreciate it if I could get a lot of help from you guys!

As I prepare I wanna make sure I do not mess up by any means necessary so I wanna tell you guys what I have planned and what questions to come based off that.

For starters I would like to do something basic nice and easy. SO I decided to go with doing nirvana short rider autoflowering. For my equipment I was going to put $500 or so cash on a gift card and order materials online. I wanted to get an HPS 150 Watt light all in one system from 1000 bulbs, 4 fluorescent tubes as well. Then for soil I was going to go with "Pro-Mix Ultimate Organic Mix" as a base and use some miracle gro all purpose in the center. I have done a lot of research but I am uncertain about plenty.

Questions:
-Is a different soil required for vegetating and flowering?: I was planning on germinating the seed, then putting the seed in some soil, water it, then put it under fluorescents for a while till a seedling emerged, transfer it to a different pot, and repeat until it got bigger, then put it in a larger pot then put it under the HPS light. The same soil being used every time.
-Is the soil I have selected good? If not what soil do you recommend for each stage? Also what nutrients do I need to add to the soil?: I am not looking for an extremely complicated home mixture of soil that takes forever to make, I was thinking of just a bag or two and just some essential nutrients to mix in for optimal results. By nutrients I mean like Potassium and all that and the c02 beads and all the little extra things you add
-What is good for odor control without any complicated systems or carbon filters?: I was thinking of buying an Ozone 400 Generator, it was $70.00 I am not sure if thats a good price, Ill take any opinions I would just like something that can reduce odors and keep me extra safe.
-What size/kind pot do I need for the initial seedling, the vegetating plant, and during the flowering stage?:I saw people on youtube start off using cups it confused me a little bit from what I have seen other people do, I would just like clarification on whats easiest.
-What temperature does the room and water need to be, how often do I water the plant in each stage, for short rider autoflowering do I just leave the light on the entire time?
-What exactly do the fans do?
Does it just pretty much cool down the plant if it is in a hot area/putting fresh air into the plant?
-Instead of buying tubes, can I just use the adjustable basic fluorescent lamps I have at home?: I just thought this would save me money if i just used the lights I had at my disposal in my basic coffee table lamps and desk lamps and just have them pointed at the plant.
-How far does the light need to be during each stage
-How have people done with short rider before? Is it an easy first grow?
-By any means should I be concerned I am ordering lights and flowering equipment to my apartment? Silly question, everything bought is totally legal obviously but is there any possible way this can be connected into weed growing? (just being extra cautious
-Can a helicopter actually pick up the heat from my lamp on a radar?: I dont know exactly much at all on that topic right there at all, I planned on getting a 400-1000 watt bulb until I read that somewhere so I decided to go with a 150 watt just to safe
-What yield did you get out of your short rider?
-I definitely should not order my seeds to my grow space right?: I know this, but the one other person I told (trustworthy wouldnt have told him if I hadnt thought hard enough about telling him) is skeptical to ordering them to his house even though we have already seen someone we know order from nirvana before do it and it was not sketchy at all.

Summary:

Ideally, I wanna order Short Rider seeds from NirvanaShop. I am unsure whether I necessarily need to buy fluorescent tubes, what soil to buy and use during each stage (seedling, vegetating, flowering) as well as what nutrients to add to the plant and what to do, what not to do, and what to not overdo. Should I kick up my light wattage?

I am extremely new I am sorry if there is an easier way to do what I just asked, If there is a great and easy step by step guide with every single material and requirement I would apprececiate it. I just immedately made the thread I didnt bother looking through. Sorry, but please help! This is for personal use I am just so tired of spending money

you are kidding right???? do some research. READ STUFF. stop being a lazy ass and get the basics down on your own like most of us did. everything in life isnt just going to be handed to you.

come back when you have a good basic knowledge and ask touch-up questions.

seriously come the F on.

1. nutrients needed in veg and flowering are different, more N is needed for veg and more P is needed for flower, there is extensive documentation on this everywhere. A good soil will have all of the nutrients needed for the first month or so of growth but unles you've mixed a supersoil you are going to need to provide more nutrients later on with either organic or chemical fertilizers. Organic fertilizers take a while to break down in the soil but feed longer, chemical nutes are available immediately to the plant. However do not use organic and chemical nutes together as the chemical nutes will usually kill the bacteria in the soil which are needed to break down the organic nutes. pick one or the other and stick with it

2. Pro mix is good, some people swear by it. However I would start your seeds in the promix seed startingmix or any soil that is low in nutrients and dosent contain time release nutes. Nutrient rich soil can burn seedlings so it is wise to start in a light mix and then transplant to a richer soil when the plants are a few weeks old

3. Ozone generators are good, but nothing beats a carbon filter/fan for both odur control and keeping your room at the right temperature

4. You can start directly in the pot you plant to finish in if you want, I do it and it works out just fine. A lot of people start in party cups then transfer to bigger pots. Recommended is 1 gallon of pot size per month of growth so if your growing a 3 month autoflower your final pot should be a 3 gallon. Autoflowers do not like to be transplanted so start them in the 3 gallon pot

5. don't ask this its posted everywhere check the 101 already asked questions thread, temperature and watering is a very basic easy thing to find and I realise ive wasted more typing this then simply answer it but its my post and I do what I want!!!!

6. what do fans do? seriously?

7. You can grow ith flurosent lights which are low heat and low cost, but they do have there draw backs multiple bulbs are needed for each plant and bulbs need to be withing 2-5 inches to be effective. Im a big fan of LED for indoor small scale growing

8. Depends on what light you have, HID lights need a few feet of distance, LED needs 1-2 feet, CFL or t5 needs to be withing a few inches

9. Lots of people have grown it for sure, look for grow journals, use google

10. the amount of people who buy gardening equipment for legal reasons is far greater then the amount of people ordering it to grow pot. I wouldn't worry about this looking suspicious. I get stuff sent to my house all the time and ive never had a problem. what gets you caught is selling weed, telling people your growing, and the smell

11. Don't really know the answer to this one, but as long as your not running multiple 1000w lamps you should be alright. A heat spot on someones house dosent neccasarily mean there growing weed, it could be a space heater, a microwave, an oven etc etc etc

12. Be happy if you get an oz off a short rider on your first grow. Again look for grow journals for better answers, but don't expect the moon from a plant that tries to finish in 60 days.

13. ive ordered seeds directly to my house without issue, even having one order seized at customs, nothing ever happened because of it but then I live in Canada and not the US. Seeds themselves are legal to own in many places its only germinating them that is illegal.

First, you need to do a lot more searching. But, due to the fact you took the time to type all of these out I'll see if I can't narrow it down to a few simple answers.
1. If you're worried about FLIR (helicopters that can pick up your heat signature, then NEVER post a general area of where you are (seems like common sense to me). But, with that being said, they won't be able to pick up anything from you if you stay under 1500watts as it won't put off enough heat.
2. I would go with a 400watt to get started. Go on Amazon and look up Apollo Horticulture 400W (the whole kit is 130)
3. Go onto amazon and get a MarsLG tent. Cheap and made really well. Any size you want, but don't go over 3x3 (heightxwidth) ~130
4. Get a good exhaust fan and carbon filter from amazon as well. There's plenty of combos for under or at $100
5. For seedlings go to lowes or some parts store and buy the little clip on lamps. These will get them to their needed size before putting under an HID. ~10
6. Don't forget to get some 5k fluorescents while you're at the parts store.
7. Don't be afraid of ordering from your own card. Most of these companies have a user agreement that they aren't allowed to give out information and seed banks are oversea so they're impossible to track (almost).
