They look hungry and the water/food amount goes up according to the plant size. If they are quite dry now I would fully water with 1/4 strength food until you get a run-off. Check the run off PH. Lights are too high up - 600w = 40-60 cms away from canopy.

What type of medium are you using? By the size of those pots, 200ml is nowhere near enough! You should be soaking the entire medium and then let it dry out 90+% until you feed again, again soaking the medium completely. Your roots are more than likely growing upwards at this point in time looking for moisture and food! The plants look hungry!

ps. looking at your pics again and the size of the pots by a guess, I would say you should be using 1.5-2L per feed every 5-8 days depending on medium.

im using coco for a medium and if its potassium def whats should i do about it ?

also what is a run off and how do i get one? sorry for the noob questions

Your run off is the water that seeps out the bottom of your pot after you water. You need a PPM (parts per million) meter to test. I dont have any experience with coco, but hopefully someone will chime in. Best of luck.

You need to see water coming out the bottom of your pot when you water. What type of nutrients are you using as well? What has your feed schedule been up til now?

Seems how you are using coco, you should only need to feed once a week more than likely. Before you water, pick up each pot as they are really dry right now due to lack of watering. Once you fully water your pots, pick them up to get an idea of how heavy they are. Then you will be able to judge once the pot has dried up and you will need to water again.(it will take a while in coco)

I have been using this starter pack ---> http://www.hesistore.com/acatalog/Hesi_nutrients.html

I have been mixing the nutrients into a litre of water and watering every 2 days. is this not the way to do it? as this is my first grow and i feel like im doing alot of things wrong. I will pick up a PPM asap. Also another question on my mind is will this stress that the plants are under cause them to hermie? they are lemon skunk fems. Is it looking like im going to have to start again from scratch ? thanks for all the help guys

I personally would leave them in the veg cycle until you get them healthy again. Trying to flower troubled plants is just asking for more issues.

Also, no way to tell sex from pictures that far away. Need to look at the inter-nodal spots to distinguish sex.

You are probably making the same mistake like I did. Give them more water, but not every 2 days in minimal amounts.

Dont think about if it'll hermie or not for now.
Your mission is to make her happy , healthy and flip to flowering when She's ready.
